3. Payment Terms

All services are billed based on the scope and duration of the project. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Access: Clients must provide unobstructed access to the property during scheduled service times.
• Property Condition: Ensure that the garden area is free from hazards that could impede service delivery.

5. Service Limitations

Our services are limited to the information provided at the time of agreement. We are not responsible for:

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the service cost.

7. Liability

We strive to perform our services with the highest level of professionalism. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. This approach aims to resolve conflicts amicably and efficiently.

9. Governing Law

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or pandemics.

13. Independent Contractors

Our gardeners are independent contractors and not employees. They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.

14. Equipment and Materials

We provide all necessary equipment and materials for the agreed-upon services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that pets, children, and other vulnerable individuals are kept away from work areas to prevent accidents.

15. Insurance

We carry liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during service delivery. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the Terms and Conditions. Termination does not absolve the client from paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

18. Entire Agreement
